SE1 United Research and Consultation Services

Over the past 5 years SE1 United has taken paid contract work from the Arts Council, Metropolitan Police Authority, Some Other Way Forward, WaCoCo, Waterloo Community Development Group, Metropolitan University, Southwark Minds, Cicely Northcote Trust, Church Conservation Trust, 4Children and Coin Street Centre Trust. We are highly experienced in delivering high quality research and consultation led by trained young adults supported and supervised by experienced project managers who have a vast range of experience ranging from media to environmental issues, to community empowerment to journalism and social studies.

Projects have ranged from running focus groups for 10 participants about marketing to in depth, long term research involving 1,800 young people in schools and youth clubs about youth access to arts opportunities in the South Bank Cultural Quarter. We work in partnership with over 30 organisations and are adaptable, flexible, professional, innovative and creative in our work.

The cost of a research project can start at £400 up to £20,000 depending on the size, depth and area of research. We have a team of 20 session workers who have different specialist knowledge and can produce high quality reports of quantitative and qualitative data. Our reports can be digital, media based, paper based or presentation style. Our management team are all degree level qualified or above and have many years of experience working in diverse nation wide communities and all areas of London. We are also able to run workshops with or for organisations around issues such as youth communication, youth needs and programming, youth leadership and empowerment.
